He is survived by: his mother Susie Vance of Baptist Valley, VA; his daughters, Marisa Jane Vance of Adria, VA and Tana Marie Vance of Adria, VA; and his siblings, Linda Tabor (David) of Bishop, VA and Roy D. Vance, Jr. of Independence, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
