He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Guy Triplett and Alice Frances Southern Triplett; and his brother-in-law Alex Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Judith Triplett; his sons, Brian Triplett (Vicky), Gregory Triplett, Nicholas Triplett (Laura) and David "Hash" Hess (Amanda); his grandchildren, Zachary Stiltner, Tiffany Doud, Bryleigh Triplett, Dylan Triplett, Phoebe Triplett, Cameron Triplett, Whitney Gillespie, Kaitlyn Triplett, Tyler Triplett, Liam Triplett, Maggie Triplett and Bethany Ball; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Walker, Jaxon and Emerson; and his sisters, Debbie Schwartz (James) and Cindy Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Baptist Church (2902 Clinch St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
