She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jennings Hooker and Lillian Beatrice Vencill Hooker; and her siblings, Glenna Cooper, Eula Ellen Mullins, Pauline Vest, Juanita McGuire, Ralph Hooker and Roy Hooker.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Barrett Cunningham; her sons, Jack "Barry" Cunningham (Sherry) of Pounding Mill, VA and John Cunningham (Robyn) of Tazewell, VA; her grandchildren, Josie Hayes (Jason), Jack Barrett Cunningham, III (Morgan) of Jonesborough, TN, Courtni (J. D. Wyatt) of Abingdon, VA, Nathan Caudill of Buchanan County, VA and Jonathan Bentley of Abingdon, VA; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Hayes, Reagan Hayes, Harrison Hayes, Remi Hayes, Cyris Bentley, Corvin Bentley and Caius Bentley.
