She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Ball and Ida Alice Davis Ball; her husband Clarence Ray; and her siblings, Lola Newberry, Artie Osborne, Arch Ball and Avery Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Hale (Rod), Linda Jackson, Melissa Hunsaker (Craig), Teresa Pendergrass (Chris), Janeen Farmer (Tony) and Joseph W. Ray (Betty) of Radford, VA; and her grandchildren, DeEtta Duffy (Allen), Sarah Jackson Kelly, Kristi McConnell (Chris), Katye Glass (Heath), Kylie Fletcher, Jody Ray (Brandi), Mikey Jackson (Katie), Mark Welch and Gabe Hunsaker. She is also survived by Ten great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
