She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Columbus and Effie Lou Davis Lowe; her brothers, William Lowe and Thomas Lowe; her daughter-in-law Anna Maria Anders Jeter; and her grandson Kenneth Eugene Anders.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Jeter; her children, Debra Jeter Anders (Greg) of Raven and Stewart Jeter (Lisa) of Batesburg; and her siblings, Phyllis Goss (Ralph) of Richlands, Virginia Maxine Lowe of Richlands, Virginia Teresa Hill of Raven and Roger Lowe (Ruthie) of Richlands. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.
