He is survived by: his children, Martha Osborne (Marvin) of White Mtn, Sandra Kiser of Honaker, Jane Stiltner of White Mtn and Louie Mullins (Rhonda) of Honaker, Virginia.; and his siblings, Faye Hatfield (Elza) of White Mtn, Virginia. and Ray Mullins (Yuvonne) of Richlands, Virginia..
