She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Mullins and Vicie Jones Mullins; her children, Alva L. Mullins, Leshia Hagerman and Bobby Mullins; and her sister Lona Owens Vestal.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Arrington (Norman) of Richlands, Vickie Mitchell (Jim) of Bristol, TN, Deborah Smith (Mark) of Richlands, Virginia. and Lowell Mullins (Tammy) of Bees Branch, WV; and her sister Betty Shirley. She is also survived by Twenty-three grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
