Conley; his stepchildren, David Lee Culbertson (Chasity), Elbert Charles Culbertson (Crystal) and Christeena Marie Goodman (Bobby); his siblings, Diane Pruitt of Pounding Mill, Virginia Cynthia Vivian Null (Tim) of Shortts Gap, Lorie Culbertson of Richlands, Virginia, Robert Conley of Richlands, Gary Lynn Conley of San Antonio, Gregory James Conley (Judy) of Richlands and Theodore Lionel Conley, III of Lebanon, Virginia; his nephews, Jonathan Pilkins, Christopher Conley and James Pilkins; and his niece Destiny Pilkins. He is also survived by Eight Step Grandchildren.
