He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hinkle and Okie Perry Hinkle; and his siblings, Herbert Hinkle, Hubert Hinkle, Carl Hinkle, Frank Hinkle and Edith Hinkle.
He is survived by: his close friend Edward Hale of Richlands, Virginia.; his sisters, Alma Hinkle Bragg (John) of Newark Delaware, His, Joyce Hinkle Blankenship (Richard) of Richlands, Virginia. and Janet Hinkle Dye (Brian) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia.; and his sister-in-law Moselle Hinkle of Suffolk, Virginia.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
