He is survived by: his wife Elena Smith; his son Justin Smith (Heather); his parents-in-law, James and Peggy Looney; his siblings, Linda Vance, Patricia Belcher, Diane Smith, Sharon Smith, Jerry Smith, Ricky Smith, Chris Smith, Michael Smith and Timothy Smith; and his grandson Logan Smith.
