Lowe, Sr.; her children, Stephen Kent Lowe, Carolyn Burress (Kenneth) of Richlands, Virginia and Wilmer Wade Lowe, Jr. (Nancy) of Belfast, Virginia; her daughter-in-law Shelby Lowe of Lebanon, Virginia; her granddaughter Laura Elizabeth Burress of Lancaster; and her grandparent Dana Ehlers Per.
