She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Helbert and Arcie Shelton Helbert; her husband Sherman Chambers; her siblings, Carl Helbert, Terry Riley, Geneva Short, Mary Simmons and Frances Sizemore; and her grandson Sherman Blankenship.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Whitt (Condle), Denise Fuller (Frank), Pam Hayes (Johnny) and Christy Chambers (Rick Fields); her brothers, Don Helbert (Allese), Billy Helbert (Susie) and Jerry Riley (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Angel Royston, Jeremy Slate, Shawn Hill, Josh Hill, Brandi Willis, Amber Belcher, Misty Sullivan, Shannon Nelson, Latosha Rose, Laura Weeks and Jenny Parrish. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
