He was predeceased by: his father Junior Mullins; his daughter Clarissa "Sissy" Rose; his granddaughter Destiny Nicole Jones; and his brother Johnny Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Mullins of Cedar Bluff, VA; his children, Cassandra Jones of Baptist Valley, VA and Christopher Rose (Laytoya) of Cedar Bluff, VA.; and his grandchildren, Rae'Quan Jones, Ky'Anna Jones, Ka'Neysha Jones, Jayda Slate, Cora Slate, Darius Rose and Malachi Rose.
