She was predeceased by: her parent Parson Peter; her son Gene Perkins of Eugene Perkins; her granddaughter Brandy Perkins; and her siblings, Margaret Keen, Paul Keen and Wiley Keen.
She is survived by: her parent Josie Catherine Dye Keen; her children, Brian Perkins of Swords Creek and Linda Fitzgerald of Richlands; her grandchildren, Keith Perkins (Katie), Dustin Ratliff (Amanda), Larry Price, Jr., Jessica Perkins, Danielle Howington and Jasmine Price; and her siblings, Oris Keen, Donnie Keen, Parson Keen, Jr., Wilma Keene, Mayzelle Sykes, Shirley Arrington, Loretta Keen and Carrie Dell Keen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
