He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Harvey Warner and Viola Casey Warner; his son Jerry J. Warner; his grandparents, John, Lumie Warner, Ezra and Bertha Casey; and his brothers, Mack Casey, Lester "Cotton" Warner and Lawrence "Nick" Warner (Jean).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Warner; his daughter Tammy Hyder of Elizabethton, TN; his grandchildren, Aeriel Warner and Luke Hyder (Haley); his great grandchild Waylon Hyder; his brother Roger Warner of Warner Robbins, GA; his siblings-in-law, Betty Warner, Michael Harrison, Diane Hill and Sandra Sykes; and his close friends, Ken Arney, Tom Reine, Charles Hyder, Tom Pleasant, Wade Casey, Ted Simerly, Dennis Teague and Harvey Norris. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
