Jeremy Wade Altizer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Wade Altizer of Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. "Joe Bill" Altizer and Priscilla Altizer Russ; his wife Stefanie Likens-Altizer; and his brother Jeffrey Wayne Altizer. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph W. Altizer II (Tracy) of Roanoke, VA and John W. Altizer (Oyuna) of Macau, China; his nieces and nephews, Kaelie, Hannah, Bobby, Johnny and Priscilla (Tonnya Beavers); and his friend George Kamer.
For that reason, in lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Jeremy's memory be made to Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board and designated for Substance Abuse Programs in the hope that others may find the help they need to overcome their own addictions.
