He is survived by: his parents, Monty Ramella and Deborah Cecil Ramella of Bluefield, VA.; his brother Matthew Charles Hicks (Shandi); his nephew Landon; his niece Clara; his sister Montica Ramella Dillon; his uncle Stuart Cecil; his aunt Tammy J. Cecil; his cousin Trey Cecil; and his extended family, Tullio, Linda Ramella and Christina R. Williamson (family: Anthony Ramella).
