He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Cole and Margaret Lucille Cunningham Cole; and his siblings, Geneva Millspaw and Dewey Franklin. He is survived by: his son Jack Wayne (Michelle); his grandchildren, Stacie, Jennifer, Jay, Coy and Cody; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Gracie, Ethan, Brady, Parker and Cayden; his wife Beverley (Jill); his daughters, Lisa Sproles (Daniel) and Lori Stoots (Mike); his sisters, Marguerite Elkins, Linda Frazier, Ann Cantrell and Barbara Presley; and his pet Jake.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Shriner's Hospital in memory of Jack.
