He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Mullins and Elizabeth Vandyke Mullins; and his granddaughter Morgan Farley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Mullins; his children, Nora Lynn Horn (Darrell), Ronald Mullins, Mary Whitt and Troy Mullins; his grandchildren, Justin Lester, Steven Horn, Beth Whitt, Brian Whitt, Bradley Whitt, Heather Mullins, Corey Mullins and Amber Mitchell; and his sisters, Juanita Elswick and Geraldine Woods (Lloyd).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for expenses.
