She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carol Hart Williams and William Reese Williams; her husband Charles Edward Green III of Tazewell, VA; her children, Charles IV, Carol and Garland; her siblings, William Reese Williams Jr., Anne Williams Welch (Jake) and Carol Williams Hall (Bruce); and her grandchildren, JJ, Preston, Kate and Molly.
In recognition of her passion and dedication to junior golf in Southwestern Virginia, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the New River Valley Junior Golf Association.
