He is survived by: his wife Beulah Ann Justice Keen of Richlands, VA; his children, James Russell Keen (Melissa) of Richlands, VA, Delmer Andy Keen (Debbie) of Richlands, VA, Bengerman Randy Keen of Richlands, VA, Timmothy Coleman of Richlands, VA, Carolyn Sue Keen (Keith Ratliff) of Richlands, VA and Deanna Carol Brown (Shawn) of Keen Mountain, VA; his siblings, Gerldine Bowman (Arlie) of Leemaster, VA, Elmer Keen (Debbie Dales) of Clinchco, VA, Colby Keen of Coeburn, VA and Harold Keen (Barbara) of Rowe, VA; his close friend Becky Kitts of Tazewell, VA; and also Betty Mason of Holly Springs, GA.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, six step great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the funeral home for expenses.
