She is survived by: her children, Greg Keene (Mary Krippendorf Keene) of Roanoke, VA, Scott Keene (Jen Frazer Keene) of Raleigh, NC and Cara Keene Smith (Steve Smith) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Faith Smith Taylor (Josh Taylor) of Wake Forest, NC, Alex Smith of Raleigh, NC, Hudson Vanbenthuysen of Essex Junction, VT and Bryce Keene of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchildren, Cameron Taylor of Wake Forest, NC and Erik Taylor of Wake Forest, NC; her nieces, Jessica Kilgore Stone (Greg Stone) and Laura Kilgore Mosteller (Jon Mosteller); and her nephew Nick Kilgore (Maryandrea Kilgore).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bayleaf Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC.
