He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Shinall; his siblings, Kim Shinall of Cadiz, Ann Brooks of Bedford, Pennsylvania and James H. Shinall, Jr. (Katherine) of Smyrna; and his close friends, Tim Ray, James "Bubba" Richardson, Eric Sawyers and Brian Phillippi. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
