He is survived by: his children, Bobby Maggard, Jr. of Bristol, TN, Matthew Maggard of Richlands, VA, Patricia Ascue (Mickey) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Tammy Taylor of Bristol, TN; his siblings, Tommy Maggard (Janet) of Paintlick, VA, Jimmy Maggard (Linda) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Linda Maggard of Aurora, CO; and his grandchildren, Mickey Ascue, Jr., Michael Ascue, Nick Ascue, Cassidy Sayers (Cody), Ashley Ball (Ethan) and Brittany Maggard. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
