He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gilmore Justice and Agnes Smith Justice of Richlands, VA.; his sons, Billy W. Justice, Jr., Jeffery Justice and Dennis W. Cole; and his sister Elizabeth Helen Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Justice; his daughters, Angel Whitt (Joe) and Jennifer Cole; his siblings, Randall Justice (Dellis) of Baptist Valley, VA, Mary Rose and Norma Whitt (Doyle) of Swords Creek, VA; and his stepchildren, Regina Osborne, Anthony VanDyke (Ashley Whitner) and Bradley VanDyke (Jennifer). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren that he treated as his own, and several nieces and nephews.
