She was predeceased by: her husband Delmer "Cotton" Keen; her parents, James Vaster Justice and Gracie Juanita Justice Price; her stepfather Clyde Price; and her siblings, Carl Dykes, Carter Justice, Raymond Justice, Sharon Blankenship, Remona Justice and Connie Dean Justice.
She is survived by: her children, James Russell Keen (Melissa) of Richlands, Delmer Andy Keen (Debbie) of Richlands, Bengerman Randy Keen of Richlands, Timothy Coleman of Richlands, Carolyn Sue Keen (Keith Ratliff) of Richlands and Deanna Carol Brown (Shawn) of Keen Mountain; her siblings, Buff McGlothlin of Richlands, Michael Justice (Phyllis) of Cedar Bluff, Vada Stiltner of Page, Jearline Hale of Rowe, Christine Hess (Herman) of Rowe and Della Justice of Cedar Bluff; her caregivers, Juanita Proffitt and Becky Kitts; and also Betty Mason of Holly Springs. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three step grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
