It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernadene Webb (Richlands, Virginia), born in Iaeger, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pharaoh Bailey and Susie Lester Bailey; and her daughter Marilyn Webb Richardson. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Webb (Marcia), Randy Webb (Diana) of Richlands, VA and Kevin Webb (Tanya); and her son-in-law Kenny Richardson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
