With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernadean Webb (Richlands, Virginia), born in Iaeger, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pharaoh Bailey and Susie Lester Bailey; and her daughter Marilyn Webb Richardson. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Webb (Marcia), Randy Webb (Diana) of Richlands, VA and Kevin Webb (Tanya); and her son-in-law Kenny Richardson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
