He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin "Buddy" Bennett Jr. and Rachel Frances Miller Bennett; and his sister Sherry Lynn Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hudkins Bennett; his son Alex Bennett; his stepchildren, Michaela Murphy (Brennan), Chandler Scott and Jevin Scott; his siblings, Steven Bennett, Marcia Reese (Keith) and Melissa Naylor; his grandsons, Cooper and Milo Murphy; his niece Sherry; his nephew Ike Naylor; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate, Clair, Ben and Elijah; and his pet Zoey. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
