He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jones and Mitzie Southerland Jones. He is survived by: his wife Linda "Sue" Jones; his daughter Rhonda Perdue (Jamie) of Peterstown, WV; his grandson Owen Perdue; and his siblings, Gary Jones (Nancy) of Annapolis, MD, Kitty Norcross of St. Michaels, MD and Nancy Pietsch of Weston, WV.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
