He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Albert and Violet Smith Moore. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Claytor Moore; his siblings-in-law, Bobby Claytor of Pearisburg, VA and Debbie Claytor of Pearisburg, VA; and his sister Nancy McCarty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
