James Buckland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Buckland (Rich Creek, Virginia), born in Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Jo Caldwell Buckland; his children, Ann Borchelt (Bret) of Winston-Salem, N. C. and Jason Buckland (Emily) of Narrows; his siblings, Sherman "Sonny" Buckland (Linda) and Scarlet Ratcliffe of Rich Creek; his mother-in-law Margaret "Peggy" Caldwell of Narrows; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Julia, Ben Borchelt of Winston-Salem, Jack, Wyatt and Maggie Buckland of Narrows. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, cousins and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Giles Technology Center Land Laboratory.
