He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Hill and Effie Cecil Hill; his son Matthew Hill; and his siblings, George Hill, Kathryn Morehead, Agness Nunley and Florence Via.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Stowers Hill; his son Thomas Hill (Shannon) of Sparta, KY.; his grandchild Brooke Hill; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Hearn and Thomas Chase Hearn; and his niece Debbie Hill (Keith). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (111 Market St, Peterstown, WV 24963). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
