She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lafayette and Nina Hetherington Stafford; her husband Calvin H. "Pat" Sartin; her brothers, Maurice Stafford (Pearl) and Donald Stafford (Lois); and her brother-in-law Bill Bowling.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan P. "Jon" Sartin of Rich Creek, VA and Melissa Sartin Light of Pearisburg, VA; her sister Frances S. Bowling; her grandchildren, Christina S. Graham, Jonathan P. Sartin, II, Hannah and Rachel Light; her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Ian, Eli Graham and Samuel Santolla; and her siblings-in-law, Alvin (Pam), Donald Sartin (Shirley) and Drema Page (Donnie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
