He was predeceased by: his son Gary Reed (Billie Sue Reed). He is survived by: his children, Sherry Jennings (Steve) of Carmel, IN, Terry Reed of Rich Creek, VA and Madison Page of Pembroke, VA; his granddaughters, Elena and Lindsay Worswick (Andrew) of Zionsville, IN; his great grandchildren, Presley, Reese and Nash; his grandson Andrew Jennings (Maria) of Chester Springs, PA; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Grant and Olivia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Henry Reed Fund for Folk Artists at the Library of Congress (https://www.loc.gov) or the Rich Creek United Methodist Church (108 Old Virginia Ave, Rich Creek, VA 24147).
