He is survived by: his mother Blanche Murray (Waddell); his wife Theresa Morris; his daughter Lisa Lindsey (John); his pet Pixie; his sisters, Tammy Leeds and Brenda Meadows; his mother-in-law Peggy; and his sister-in-law Penny (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
