He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elaine Sprague; his children, Lexie Sprague IV and Destinee Sprague; his grandsons, Antwoin, Antonio, O'Shawn and Cameron; his siblings, Thomas Sprague, Rosa Lee (Robert), Bertha Spigner (Gerald) and Deloris Carr (Ronald); and also Lexie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
