He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Helen Morgan Garrett; his brothers, Thomas A. Garrett, Charles "Nick" Garrett and David L Garrett; his daughter Tanya; and his great grandchild Kylie.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Grishaw Garrett; his children, Jason Garrett and Kimberly Garrett Hailey; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Megan, Morgan, Jackson, Emma Grace, Matthew, Logan, Ryan and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Audrey and Olivia; and his brother Randy Garrett of Richardson, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
