It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Davis Clift of Rhoadesville, Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Davis and Louise Davis; and her sister Dorothy Davis Kennon (William Clift, Jr.) of Mine Run. She is survived by: her sister Mary Frances Davis Herndon (Irving) of Rhoadesville; her nieces, Susan Kennon Burnett of Mine Run and Beth Herndon Kent (Kenny) of Rhoadesville; her nephew Gordon Kennon (Rebecca) of Unionville; and her brother-in-law Milton Kennon of Mine Run. She is also survived by 4 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.
The family requests that expression of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Cemetery Fund at Antioch Baptist Church, 11484 St. Just Rd, Unionville, VA 22567 or the OCHS Alumni Foundation.
