He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Beaty and Dorothy Beaty; and his siblings, Edith Clements, Kenneth Beaty, Roberta "Merle" Merbach and Berkley Gene Beaty.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Beaty; his children, Deanna M. Creekmore (John), Warren D. Beaty (Donna), John E. Boswell (Heather), Ashley N. Beaty and Benjamin A. Beaty; his grandchildren, Andrew W. Paniagua, Selena M. Paniagua, Sylvia C. Paniagua, Cheyenne D. Howdyshell, C. J. Beaty, Jaxson E. Boswell and Gage E. Boswell; his great grandchildren, Kyrie, Ava, Zakai, Zamyah, Addelyn, Waverly and Gracie; his siblings, Mary Ellen Cameron (Lynn), Wesley L. Beaty, Robert "Earl" Beaty and Donnie Beaty (Linda); his brothers-in-law, Eddie Clements and Floyd Merbach; and his niece Hailey Tackett (Zach). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
