She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Smith and Marie Sallie Smith; and her sister Evelyn Jane Smith. She is survived by: her husband Marc Graham Bell of Orange; her children, Dakota Bell of Barboursville and Zachary Bell of Orange; her sister-in-law Cyndi Hartman of Barboursville; her mother-in-law Debbie Bell of Orange; her sisters, Betty Hurt of Madison and Joyce Woodward of Orange; and her grandchildren, Lucas Bell, Joshua Bell, Braedyn Stephenson, Isabella Siquentes, Colby Johnson and Landon Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
