She is survived by: her son Thomas Michael Leake of Novum; her brothers, George R. Henshaw, Gorie P. Henshaw and John D. Henshaw; and her grandchildren, Jacob Michael Leake and Ryan Thomas Matney. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
