We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2020, at the age of 86, Stanley Paul Mooney in Reston, Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Romaine Mooney and Paul Mooney; and his son Dale Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mooney; his children, Steven Mooney of Ocean View, Kathleen Mooney of Frederick, MD and Paul Mooney of Westminster, MD; and his grandchildren, Shari Mooney, Shawn Mooney and Kelly Mooney.
