He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Denchfield and Lillian Borghild Denchfield; his sister Shirley Harvey (Ralph); his former wife Miriam Z. Denchfield; his brother Robert D. Denchfield; and his sister-in-law Fa'Avalea "Lea" Nelson Galea'I.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Jeana Hudgins (Jeromy); his stepdaughter Jessica Payne; and his brothers, Richard D. Denchfield (Marta), Randy D. Denchfield (Susan) and Raymond D. Denchfield (Margie). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
