It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Thurman Redmiles Jr. in Reston, Virginia, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Edinger; his brother Alan (Barbara); his children, Rebecca McCaffrey (Mike), Lissa Costa (Tony) and Craig Redmiles; his grandchildren, Eileen Myhr (Aaron), Erin McCaffrey, Emily, David and Richard Costa; and his great grandchildren, Christina, Sophia, Isabelle and Mark Myhr.
