He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Holt and Hazel Holt. He is survived by: his children, Robert, Pamela Holt, Ian Holt, Odessa and Dennis Murray; his grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Bridget and Megan; and his siblings, Barbara Holt, Hank Holt, Mary Grace Tolleson and Libby Holt.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to John and Petra's favorite charity.
