She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Alan Dyak (Dusty) and Brian Lee Dyak (Rusty); her daughter-in-law Marie Gallo Dyak; her grandchildren, Fletcher Dyak, Ashleigh (Dyak), Chris Walters, Kristin Lee Dyak, Bryan Mosher, Brian Joseph Dyak and Nora Dyak; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Walters, Addison Walters, Zion Dyak, Brooks Joseph Dyak and Devon Marie Dyak.
