Stebbins (Tina) of Ashburn, VA and Barbara A. Stebbins of Herndon, VA; his granddaughters, Kimberly and Julie Heffernan; and his children, Matthew, Michael, Timothy Stebbins, Clara and Garrett Stebbins.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
