He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frederick Luebs and Donna Hart Luebs; and his sister Janell Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Gail Willenbrok; his children, Karen Wellford (Randy), Heidi Rackoski (Jack) and Kurt Luebs (Laurie); his grandchildren, Russell Gartman (Betsy), Dale Gartman, Grace Gartman, John Rackoski, Tommy Rackoski, Sarah Rackoski, Hannah Luebs, Caroline Luebs and Nicholas Luebs; his great grandchild Chloe Gartman; and his sister Georgia Hart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
