He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Bailey, Sr. and Nina Dwyer Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Eloise M. Bailey; his sons, Rocky Bailey (Heather) of Jeffersonton, VA and Kevin Bailey (Peggy); his siblings, Morris Lee Bailey, Waverly Jefferson Bailey of Front Royal, VA and Shirley Swan of Spotsylvania, VA; his grandchildren, Ryan Bailey, Roxana Denise Stein (Joshua), Joshua W. Bailey, Jeremy Bailey and Branden Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Blake Bailey and Ayla Denise Stein.
